A course and its administration are different things
Finding a course is only part of the process. Someone still needs to identify the participants, arrange an appropriate time and delivery method, follow up with people who have not finished, and organize evidence of completion. These are the administrative tasks we review with you.
We distinguish administrative coordination from training delivery. Where a qualified trainer or question-answering resource is required, that requirement must be satisfied before delivery.
What we coordinate
For accepted training work, we confirm the participant list and relevant roles, agree on the delivery route, schedule the work, send the agreed reminders and organize the resulting completion records. Course requirements and the participant’s actual completion—not simply an opened email—determine what can be recorded.
What still needs your business
Your business provides accurate employee information and necessary authorization. Employees must participate. We clarify scheduling, access, any required paid training time, workplace-specific information and responsibility for answering training questions before the assignment goes out.
Please do not send an employee roster, medical information or identification numbers through a general inquiry form. We first establish an appropriate transfer method and permissions.
Starting with harassment-prevention training
Tell us whether you need help coordinating harassment-prevention training or another workplace-training requirement. We review the proposed work rather than assuming one course, schedule or reminder process fits every employer.
The California Civil Rights Department publishes official harassment-prevention training information. Availability of a public course does not by itself establish that a complete employer training process is ready.
Clear scope, then follow-through
