RENEWAL COORDINATION

Janitorial and commercial cleaning

DIR/DLSE janitorial registration is a recurring priority for covered cleaning businesses. We coordinate the administrative renewal work included in your engagement and help keep the agreed timeline visible.

Other industries: request a scope review

The examples below show renewal needs a business may hold. They are not a promise that every permit or professional requirement is included in our service. Support depends on the program, location and work required.

Scope review required

Construction and trades

CSLB contractor licenses and, where applicable, DIR public works contractor registration. These support the ability to undertake covered contracting work. An expired contractor license cannot be used to actively contract; public works registration lapses can also trigger program-specific penalties.

Scope review required

Restaurants and hospitality

applicable local food-facility permits and ABC licenses for businesses selling alcohol. Food permits address the regulated facility; alcohol licenses address the authorized sale of alcoholic beverages. Local requirements vary. ABC renewal delays can lead to penalties and eventual loss of license privileges.

Scope review required

Home care organizations

organizational licensing and separately scoped tracking of relevant aide registrations. These are different records, not interchangeable approvals. The organization remains responsible for eligibility, staffing and care obligations; administrative tracking does not replace them.

Scope review required

Private security

Private Patrol Operator business licensing, with individual credentials considered separately where appropriate. The business license is not a substitute for personnel qualifications or other required authorizations. Renewal timing and license status need their own review.

Scope review required

Manufacturing

garment manufacturing registration where applicable, plus other facility- or activity-specific permits reviewed individually. A garment registration is not a universal manufacturing license. Technical environmental, engineering and product-safety work is outside an administrative renewal engagement unless expressly supported through an appropriate provider.

Scope review required

Car wash and other businesses

car-washing and polishing registration where applicable, plus local business renewals and recurring entity filings that fit the agreed scope. Not every car wash operation has the same obligations. We review the actual business and record before confirming support.

Why keeping records current matters

Consequences depend on the specific program and conduct. They can include late charges, civil penalties, loss of authorization or business-status problems. For example, a missed required Statement of Information can lead to penalties and suspension or forfeiture. It is a recurring entity filing, not a replacement for an industry license.

There is no single fine that applies to every missed renewal. We identify the actual item and timing rather than treating an expiration date as a universal deadline or making blanket promises about compliance.

What renewal coordination includes

Your agreed scope can include organizing the renewal calendar, coordinating covered administrative work, requesting outstanding information, tracking status and providing reminders. We make clear which dates we monitor and which actions remain with you.

You remain responsible for accurate information, timely responses, required qualifications, training, signatures and payments. Agency decisions and processing times remain outside our control. Government and third-party fees are separate unless your agreement expressly includes them.

Let’s review what is coming due

Tell us about the renewal you want help organizing. We will confirm service fit, timing and scope before the engagement begins.

Administrative coordination only. No legal advice, guarantee of approval or promise that every industry requirement is covered.

What would you like us to look into?

Choose listed requirements, Other, or Not sure. The issuing agency or an approximate name is helpful; you do not need a completed checklist to ask.

License / registration / renewal

Select one or more. Worker credentials are labeled separately.

Additional information (optional)

This helps us check local requirements.

Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, identification documents, bank details, patient information or confidential employee records.

We’ll email you about this request. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing.

Inquiry and scope review only. Submitting does not enroll you, authorize a filing or payment, or guarantee approval. We confirm service availability, scope and fees in writing before work begins. Any proposed government or third-party charges will be identified in the written scope before you approve them. Work already included in your agreed service remains included.
