Preparation includes your workplace-specific IIPP and SB 553 Workplace Violence Prevention Plan within the confirmed scope. We reuse your assessment and ask only for missing workplace details and approvals. Saving an assessment or making a payment does not establish that a plan has been delivered.
Employee training, reminders and ongoing follow-up are excluded from the initial $199 preparation. Optional ongoing service is a separate choice after actual delivery of both plans. Existing subscription agreements retain their accepted prices, terms and responsibilities.

What the service fee covers
Your fee covers the administrative services listed in your agreement. Depending on the confirmed scope, these may include workplace-document preparation and maintenance, training scheduling and follow-up, deadline tracking, and organized records. Preparation and quality-control review needed to deliver included services remain included.
What may cost extra
Government filing fees, required third-party charges, legal services and specialist work outside the plan are not automatically included. Where additional paid work is recommended, we explain the scope and fees and obtain your written approval before arranging it. A low starting price does not mean every license, permit or HR issue is covered.
