CALHR GUARD
Assessment Privacy Notice
Effective September 7, 2026. This notice covers the public CalHR Guard website and its inquiry assessment.
What You Share
The assessment collects your name, business name, email address, and five general workplace answers. Please do not submit employee names, medical information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or sensitive workplace incidents.
How We Use It
We save your answers and a follow-up task so CalHR Guard can review your request, discuss service fit, and respond to you. Submitting does not enroll you in a service or authorize payment.
Storage and Service Providers
The site runs through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process site requests and host the saved assessment records. Technical request data is used for operation and abuse prevention. The assessment stores a daily hash derived from the request IP address to limit repeated submissions.
Access and Requests
Assessment records are intended for CalHR Guard’s internal review and are not published on this website. To request access, correction, or deletion of your assessment, email Team@CalHRGuard.com and include your submission reference if available. We may need to verify your request.
Scope
This notice covers initial inquiries. Any later engagement involving employee records or additional services needs its own agreed scope and data-handling arrangements. CalHR Guard is independent of the California Department of Human Resources and other government agencies.
