Administrative follow-through, not another checklist

Our service model starts by confirming the work in writing. We use the business information you authorize us to use, organize the administrative steps and consolidate questions. Where an approval, signature, workplace fact or action must come from your business, we make that request clear.

Not every HR need is an administrative task. We distinguish paperwork and coordination from professional advice, workplace implementation and responsibilities that remain with the employer.

Independent of California state government

CalHR Guard is not the California Department of Human Resources and is not affiliated with that department or any government agency. Our name describes our business; it is not a state endorsement or certification.

Clear about qualifications and limits

CalHR Guard provides administrative support, not legal advice or legal representation. We do not promise that a subscription guarantees compliance, prevents every violation or eliminates fines, claims or liability. Qualified providers are required where applicable, and availability must be confirmed for the work being accepted.

Technology can support organization and follow-up. It does not substitute for a required professional qualification, employer decision or employee participation.

Clear scope and pricing

Monthly service plans start at $149 for up to 20 employees, not $149 for each employee. Your written agreement specifies included tasks, fees and responsibilities. Additional paid services require your written approval.
